Boil cubed or sliced mangoes till soft.Heat 1 tsp oil in a wok.Sprinkle mustard seeds and 1 broken dry red chilli.When they splutter,add the boiled mango slices.Add sugar and the water from boiled mangoes.If needed add some more water.The consistency should be little thick.Add a pinch of salt and turmeric.Grind dry roasted masalas.Sprinkle 1 tsp roasted masala when done.Cool and keep in fridge.Serve chilled.
