Steps

Heat water in a vessel. Add Chhoti & badi Elaichi, salt, Dalchini, Tej patta and 1 spoon ghee. After boiling water, add 20 minutes soaked rice. Cook rice upto 75-80%. Drain water and keep cooked rice aside.

Take 1 onion and cut it in small slices and fry till it becomes brown.

Now take 2 spoon ghee in a pan and heat. Add 1 chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, tomato and fry. After that add all masala, salt to taste and cook properly.

Take 1 spoon ghee in a pan and put one layer rice.Now put fried masala over rice.put boiled eggs.Again put layer of rice over eggs and add masala.Finally put one layer of rice.

Add Biryani masala garam masala and ghee over rice. Now put fried onion over rice and close cover of pan.

Now put water in a vessel, keep it on gas and heat. After that keep the pan of rice over water pan for 10 minutes on low flame.

Switch off gas. Mix food colour in milk and spread over rice.Mix Essence, Ghee, Lemon juice and chopped green coriander.
