Method for masala. Heat a frying pan and fry sesame seeds till these spluttering then transfer the plate.

In the pan heat the oil fry methi and black pepper till it change the colour.

Add chana dal, toor Dal fry till it became to colours change and add the other items one by one while frying till all dals turns golden brown.

Switch off the flame and add grated coconut and keep a side.Cool it.

Grind all the items to change into powder.

Method for puliyogare. Soak tamarind in hot water for 15 minutes.

Squeeze the juice from the tamarind pulp and transfer the juice in other bowl.

Heat the jaggery with a few tsp of water, cooked the jaggery and dissolve.

Heat the other pan add a tsp oil and add tamarind juice mix it well and strain the jaggery syrup.

Cook until mixture thickness then add salt and mix it till reaches sauce consistency.

Add puliyogare powder and mix it well it continue a minute.

Heat a pan add ghee or oil and add ground nuts and black pepper till light brown.

Add the puliyogare sauce mix thoroughly and switch off the flame.

Add the mixture in cooked rice and mix properly.

Now ready to serve this spicy, sweet and sour puliyogare.It is sooo yummy and tassty.
