  • 1/2 ltrmilk
  • 2 tbspsour curd

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the milk well till it becomes about half in quantity

  2. 2

    Let it cool a bit, or become lukewarm

  3. 3

    Mix the sour curd well into it

  4. 4

    Keep it in a warm place for 5-6 hrs

  5. 5

    Keep it in a fridge as it is properly done
