Boil yam and mash

To the mashed yam, add in grated scotch bonnet and onions

Add in ur spices and seasonings. Mix well

Break and whisk egg in a separate bowl

Add little egg to the yam mixture and mix well

Make into balls

Dip in flour then egg and then bread crumbs.

Fry in hot oil
