  12. 2 table spooncurd

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly Lauki grated and gram flour salt ajwian Mix properly and make a small ball and deep fry

    Then prepare gravy onion and tomatoe chooped take pan add oil and cumin seed add shallow fry onion and tomatoes

  3. 3

    Add all spices and mix well add curd and water and give one boil

  4. 4

    Add kofta and garnish with green chilie
