This is one of the most interesting dish from Gujarati cuisine using leftover rice.
Steps

Mix all the ingredients properly in a big bowl and knead into a soft dough.

Divide the dough into small balls and make rolls with them.

Heat oil in a pan. Put mustard seeds. Let them crackle.

Now add turmeric powder,hing,salt and red chilli powder. Add 4 cups of water.

Let it boil. Mix yogurt in 2 tbsp water and add to it.

Now slowly add the muthias(rolls).

Cook the muthias on sim till they get firm and properly cooked. Stir in between.

Serve in a bowl. Garnish with green coriander.

Serve hot.
