  2. 1.1 lbsground beef (500 grams)
  3. 2eggs
  4. Pinchblack pepper
  5. 3 tablespoonsolive oil (45 ml)
  6. 3 clovesgarlic, minced
  7. 3 tablespoonschopped parsley (about 12 grams)
  8. 1 teaspoonhummus with tahini
  9. Pinchparsley
  10. 1egg
  11. 1/2cucumber

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare a charcoal grill or an indoor grill. If you don't have a grill, you can bake the kofta in the oven or cook it on the stovetop. Add a drop of oil to the bottom of the baking dish to prevent sticking.

    Mix the ground beef with the garlic, parsley, black pepper, and 2 eggs. Knead the mixture well.
