Boil soaked Sela rice 1 kani with salt.

Heat oil add chopped onion and whole spices fry well now add chicken and fry till it turned colour.

Add chopped tomatoes and fry them until they softened, now add all spices, aloo Bukhara and bhunify the masala.

When masala bhunify add potatoes and yougurt, lemon slices, Garam masala pwd, nutmeg and mace pwd. Add water to tender meat and potatoes.

Now make layer put some ghee then rice and masala, spread some mint leaves, coriander leaves and again rice.

Add kewra with orange colour.Lemom juice and milk mixture. And put rice on dum.
