Ingredients

  • 1 Cchana soaked
  • 2-3medium tomatoes chopped
  • 4green chillies
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspzeera
  • as neededSalt
  • Red chilli powder
  • 1 1/2 Crice soaked
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil chane and save it's water separately after draining.

    Heat oil and fry zeera and green chillies in it. Add ginger garlic paste and fry a bit more.

    Now add chopped tomatoes, salt and red chilli powder and cook until tomatoes get soft.

    Add in chane and cook for 2 minutes.

    Drain the soaked rice and it to the chane mix.

  6. 6

    Add the saved water kept from boiled chane and let the rice cook well. Your pulao is ready.
