Ingredients

boiled muthokoi
onion 2 medium
1 bunchdhania
tomatoes 2 large
to tastesalt and black pepper

Steps

Heat oil on a sauce pan add the sliced onions and cook until golden brown.

Add the chopped tomatoes and simmer for 3 -5 mins.

Add the muthokoi and season.. stir and add 1 cup water... cover and simmer for 10 min.
4

Top with chopped coriander and serve hot
