Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.

Mix cheese, breadcrumbs, cornflour, refined flour, ginger, crushed black pepper corns, salt,lemon juice, baking soda, green chillies, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and coriander leaves and mix well. add a little water and mix into a dough.

Slide the balls, a few at a time, into the hot oil and deep fry on medium heat,stirring gently,till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

Serve hot.
