Peel and Chop bottle guard into fine pieces

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok..add 1 tsp each cumin and mustard seeds. Wait till they crackle and add chopped lauki into it.wait till they are cooked tender..

Take washed and chopped spinach leaves in a bowl

Add gram flour,1/2 tsp turmeric powder,1 tsp red chilli powder,1 tsp coriander powder,1 tsp green chilli ginger garlic paste,required salt,1 tsp oil into it.mix well and knead it into soft dough

Once lauki is cooked in the wok,add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder,1 tsp red chilli powder,1 TSP coriander powder,1 TSP green chilli ginger garlic paste,salt and saute well.

Add water and wait for boiling.

Drop small dumplings of palak mixture in the boiling lauki gravy and boil it for 10-15 min.

Once the balls are cooked,ready to serve curry.
