  2. Mackerel fish
  3. leavesScent
  4. Salt
  5. Pepper
  6. Crayfish
  7. Onion
  8. Palmoil
  9. Pepper
  10. Star seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil rice and wash.season and steam the mackeral fish

  2. 2

    Blend palmoil fry onion,pepper,crayfish and tomatoes very well.pour in water stir and bring to boil

  3. 3

    Pour in the parboiled rice with salt,star seasoning,stock and boil untill rice is soft.cut in the scent leaves and simmer.
