Steps

Take chicken in a bowl. Add 2 spoon dahi, salt, Turmeric, garam masala, Ginger garlic paste and marinate for 30 minutes

Heat oil in a pan. Add Chhoti & badi Elaichi long,dalchini and tej patta.Now add roughly chopped onion. Saute for approx 7-8 minutes.

Take out the mixture and keep aside to cool. Now grind the mixture and make it paste.

Heat oil in a pan and add marinated chicken. Saute for 5-6 minutes and add mixture paste.

Now add dahi and salt to taste. Close the cover of the pan and cook for 20-25 minutes on medium flame.

Lastly add 1/2 cup Posta, Kaju and magaj paste.

Afgani Chicken is ready to serve.
