Steps

Grind mix dals & rice in mixer grinder like suji consistency and in last round add jeera,saunf & coriander seeds.
- 2
Add salt & hing in dosa batter mix well.heat dosa tava pour batter in center,spread properly apply ghee and cook both side in medium flame.

Dosa are ready serve hot yummy,healthy dosa with garlic Chutney and oil
