Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1/2 kgliver
  • Salt
  • 3 tbsoil
  • 2medium onions
  • 1/4 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the onions into cubes and set aside

  2. 2

    Boil the liver with salt until soft and all water drains

  3. 3

    Heat oil then add the liver and cook for some minutes while stirring

  4. 4

    Add your onions and wait until it changes brown and no oil in sufuria,then remove from heat.

  5. 5

    Serve and enjoy
