  2. 1/4 teaspoonbaking powder
  3. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  4. 6 tablespoonsunsalted butter, softened (about 90 grams)
  5. 3large eggs (about 60 grams each)
  6. 6 tablespoonswhipping cream (about 90 grams)
  7. 1/3 cupsugar (about 85 grams)
  8. 2 teaspoonsvanilla extract (about 10 grams)

    Grease the inside of a bundt pan with butter (if using a metal pan); no need to grease a silicone pan. Dust the pan with flour.

    Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt, then sift them together.

    Beat the butter and sugar thoroughly until you have a smooth, creamy mixture. This step is very important because the cake has little baking powder, so the butter needs to be well-beaten to help the cake rise. Add the eggs one at a time, beating until combined. Add the vanilla and beat until incorporated. Finally, add half of the whipping cream and sift in half of the flour, mixing alternately until all is combined.

    Mix the batter quickly and decisively to ensure the cake doesn't become dense and rises well. Pour the batter into the pan and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 35 minutes. This recipe doesn't require preheating the oven for 10 minutes, as it allows the cake to cook slowly and retain maximum moisture! This is also a plus for this cake!👍🤓 Test with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, the cake is done.

    Remove the cake from the oven and let it sit in the pan for 5 minutes to cool slightly, which also helps prevent the cake from breaking.

    Take the cake out and place it in a Ziploc bag while still warm to keep it moist. I enjoyed a small piece right away! 🤓

Mình may mắn sinh ra ở Hải Phòng - nơi có nhiều món ăn rất ngon như bánh đa cua, bánh giò, bánh mỳ Patê, chè bệt, bánh bèo, bánh gối, sủi dìn, nem cua bể...Nấu ăn vốn ko phải sở trường của mình! Từ khi chuyển vào Nam- ko có những món ăn của Hải Phòng nên mình phải tự mày mò, học hỏi. Nấu nhiều thành quen, đâm ra yêu thích nấu ăn từ đây! Sở thích từ xưa của mình là thích bánh ngọt Pháp nhất là ăn ở hiệu bánh Môka - Ngày xưa ở Hoàng Văn Thụ giờ chuyển về Cát Dài! Mình thích mùi thơm của bánh toả ra khắp nhà thật thơm và ấm cúng! Thích cùng con trai nặn bánh, rán nem! Những khoảnh khắc đó sẽ lưu giữ lại trong ký ức của chúng về bếp ăn gia đình- thật thân thương. Lớn lên hơn nữa, khi xa nhà chúng sẽ nhớ mùi thơm của bơ, vani... Ngày mỗi ngày sẽ có những món mới ra đời giống như cuộc sống có nhiều màu sắc!
