1 tbspcoriander rseeds
1 tspcumin
1 tbspcoriander powder
1 tspturmeric
2 tbspoil
1 tspgaram masala
1 tspamchur powder / dry mango powder
2green chilli

Heat a pan add cumin,coriander seeds

Saute green chilli

Add boiled aloo,now mix salt and other powder spices,cook by stirring

When all blend well with aloo,off the flame,cool it and stuff in samosa.
