Steps

Take all purpose flour add salt and oil and mix it well with the help of water and make a tight dough of it then keep it aside for rest

Take boiled lal masur dal in a grinder and grind it very well

Heat the oil in a pan add dal paste and fry it till oil gets separate from the pan and then cool it down. Add powdered spices, salt, ginger green chilli, coriander leaves and mix it well

Now take some portion of dough and make a puri of it then put the filling in it and make a shape of kachori
- 5
Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry it till golden brown. The kachori is ready and serve it with green chutney or tomato sauce.
