Boil the potatoes and peel them. mash them well in a bowl

Add grated cheese, black pepper, onions, charlottes, salt and flour. mix well.

Make small to medium size balls from the mixture. heat oil and fry in a pan in small batches

Take them out from the oil once they turn golden brown in colour and crisp when touched.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with sweet chilli sauce.
