Ingredients

  • 1 glassrice
  • 1 cuppeas
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1tomato finely chopped
  • as neededOil
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed chilli
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcumin seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pressure cooker heat oil add cumin seeds crackle it now add peas,onion after 2-3 min add all spices mix it well.

  2. 2

    Now add washed rice,bay leaf mix it and required water.

  3. 3

    Cover the lid tightly.

  4. 4

    Cook it for two whistle.

  5. 5

    Ready to serve.
