Make a dough by using above given ingredients. Rest for half an hour

For stuffing.Take a wok, Pour 2tsp oil, Heat,Splutter hing, jeera, saunf, dhaniya add chopped onions

Saute them for 3 minutes,do not brown them, Add salt,chilli powder and dry mango powder in it. Mix well.. Add besan in it..Mix properly. Cook for 5 minutes, Stuffing is ready. Cool it completely

Take a ball sized dough. Flatten it, Fill stuffing, Roll it from hands. Fry them on low medium heat till a brown crisp,Ready to serve 😘😘
