Steps

Separate the egg yolks from egg whites.. store the yolks in an airtight container in the fridge. or can be cooked for other family members who are not on the program.

Heat oin on a pan. add salt to the wgg whites and whisk to mix the pour onto the pan.. cook for 2 -3 mins on each side... serve hot. to be eaten alone or with a bowl of oat porridge on the side
