Ingredients

3red tomatoes
2 tspoil
2Garlic cloves, finely chopped
1onion, finely chopped
1/4 tspchilli flakes
1/2 tspkasuri methi
to tasteSalt
1 cupboiled pasta

Steps

Firstly blend tomatoes to smooth puree.

In a large kadhai, heat oil & saute garlic and onions till they change colour.

Now add tomato puree and saute for 5 mins.

Add chilli flakes, kasuri methi, salt & mix well. Simmer for 10 mins.

Now add boiled pasta. Mix gently.
