Steps
- 1
Add sugar to thick pan, and add 3-4 tbsp water, wait to melt sugar and simmer for 8-10 mins (I used both, one with sugar and one with mishri)
- 2
Add a drop into water and if it isn't spread and come out crunchy then it's ready.
- 3
Now add coconut powder and mix well. Quickly add to moulds and let it cool down and set for an hour. Then store in airtight container.
- 4
If you like to make coconut stone candy use 1/4 cup coconut powder and put drops like this stone. And let it set.
- 5
Store in airtight container.
