I love equitorial flour a combination of tumeric,pumpkin seeds and maize flour. Healthy and medicinal too.

At this point you can decide to use the hay basket or thermal baskets to cook slowly. Or let it cook slowly on the fire. For about 30 minutes.

Cook the desired accompaniment.

When all is ready, put the sima sufuria bottoms up on a plate. And the crust too will be loose.. that's where the fight begins. Unless mama intervenes,,😁😁
