Ingredients

  • 2 cupcooked rice
  • 1chopped onion
  • 6-7crushed garlic
  • 5-6curry leaves
  • 2slit green chiilies
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • 1 pinchhing / asafoetida
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspchopped coriander
  • 3 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds once they crackle, add hing and garlic.
