  • 2egg yolks
  • Flour
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Lard

Steps

  1. 1

    First you pickle cutlets with egg yolks.

  2. 2

    Second you pickle cutlets with flour.

  3. 3

    Last you coat the cutlets with breadcrumbs.

  4. 4

    Now you fry in a slide of lard the cutlets until they are browned.
