Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupBasin
  • 1/2 TBSsalt
  • 1/2 tspkutti lal Mitch
  • 1/4 tspsoda
  • PinchAjwaen
  • 1/4 tspzeera (Bhuna peesa howa)
  • 1/2 tspsabot dhania (bhuna peesa howa)
  • 1 TBSGreen dhania
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • Oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients with normal water.

  2. 2

    Make a semi liquid paste.

  3. 3

    Peel off potatoes. cut into round thin fine circles.

  4. 4

    In Preheated oil start frying on medium flame. after golden brown dish out and serve hot :)
