1 cupplain yoghurt
2 teaspoonsminced sauce
1 halflevel teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoonchilli powder
1/4 teaspoongaram masala (See recipe from this poster)
1/4 teaspoonambchoor (you can get this from an Asian grocer or just leave it out)
1 halflevel teaspoon caster sugar
2 dropsgreen food colouring
