Nothing better than a heavy breakfast to last to lunch time.
Steps

Sieve the flour and add one tea spoon of sugar and two eggs. Mix in a bowl.

Add milk to mix thorough and water. Mix the mixture to a fine dough.

Kneed the dough in a circular shape then fond each kneed into a mini donuts shape.

Add cooking oil in a deep cooking pan. Let the cooking oil boil. Then add the minidonuts. Cook until golden brown.

Let them cook then.Serve with tea or milk. Enjoy.
