This is a traditional recipe of 'Choshir Payesh' taught by my mom.Choshir Payesh' is an ethnic dish which is pertaining to Bengali cuisine only.Choshi is a tiny elliptical shaped pithe prepared with a paste of rice flour which are sundried, lightly fried in ghee and then cooked with milk and sugar till it become creamy and rich.By the look, choshi is similar to long grain rice.My mom used to make this Payesh a lot.Give it a try.
