Steps

Mix the rice flour and curd along with one glass of water.

Take oil in kadai and add mustard seeds to crackle.

Add jeera, slit green chilli, hing powder into the oil.

Add the rice flour mixture into it. And stir it so that no lumps are made.

Cover it for 2-3 minutes.

Ukad is ready. Stir and serve warm.

Serving suggestion add one tbsp of oil into the plate.
