This is an innovative chicken preparation where the flavour of methi dominates the entire dish. Have it with Pulao r Indian bread in a weekend afternoon.
Steps

Marinate the chicken with lemon juice, half of the ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilli powder and 0.5 teaspoon of garam masala powder and salt.

Heat some oil in a wok and add the chopped onions and half teaspoon of salt. Fry them till golden brown in colour.

Add the rest of the ginger paste, coriander powder and fry for a while.

Beat the yogurt in a cup and add it in the wok.

Fry the masalas altogether and then add the marinated chicken. Mix them well and keep it covered for 20min.

Check whether the chicken has become soft. Add the kasuri methi, rest of the garam masala powder, mix them well.

Add the fresh cream and mix them well.

Remove it from the flame and serve hot.
