  • 500 mlcooking oil

Steps

    Slice your potatoes in thin circular pieces

  2. 2

    Wash to remove potato starch

  3. 3

    Dry with paper towels

  4. 4

    Fry until ready

  5. 5

    Put on paper towels to drain oil

  6. 6

    Salt when hot

  7. 7

    Serve with salsa dip
