Add flour and make a pit, add salt yeast oil sugar and a cup of warm water

Mix in for 5 mins and then leave covered in a warm dry place for 60 mins

Start to knead into 3 separate parts flatten with your palm use plenty of flour to keep dough malleable you do not want it to be sticky

Place flattened dough on pizza baking tray that has flour on it

Create a tomato layer using a tea spoon to mix and smother all tomato products and garlic puree
- 6
Add sliced meat and shredded mozzarella
- 7
Start to wrap the dough and gently twist try to have the dough cover the ingredients
- 8
Cook in preheated oven on for 16 mins at 180c check three quarters of the way true the mozzarella should be escaping the dough in a melt and the texture should appear crisper
