These rolls are very easy to make and delicious.

First, lightly cook the carrots so they aren’t too hard, and cut the onion into strips.

Once the carrots are ready, cut them into strips as well.

Lay out the beef and season both sides with salt with garlic and pepper. Near one edge of the beef, place a few strips of carrot and onion, then roll it up.

After rolling, secure each roll with a toothpick and place them in a skillet with oil.

Turn the rolls as needed so they don’t burn, cooking until they are nicely browned (cook to your preferred doneness).

Once done, place the rolls on a plate lined with a paper towel to remove excess oil. You can serve them with mashed potatoes and a salad.
