Homemade Milk Flan (With or Without Oven)

In a small saucepan, add the sugar and gradually pour in the water. Cook until it turns golden brown. Let it cool, then pour the caramel into a mold.

Bring the milk to a boil.

In a bowl, add the eggs, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well. Gradually add the hot milk while whisking constantly.

Pour the entire mixture into the mold with the caramel. Place the mold in a water bath and cook for 40 to 60 minutes (you can do this in the oven or on the stovetop).

The flan is ready when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let it cool completely. Run a knife around the edges to loosen, then invert onto a plate to unmold. Enjoy.
