For koftai At first rost khaskhas and crushed coconut then place them on sill then add rosted chickpeas and crushed it well then add all spices and salt and then mince

Crushed it well then add chopped onions, green chillies and corriender and make small balls

Then shallow fry these balls in oil

For gravy At first add oil in a pan then add chopped onions fry until golden brown then put them out of pan

Then place them in a juicer add yougert all the spices for gravy mention above then make a paste

Then add g.g paste in the same oil then add sabut garam. Masala and then add the paste

When oil comes upward then add koftai and add half glass water cover until tenderize

Then add potatoes salt and add water 2 glass and cover

Then serve by garnish of corriender
