Boil milk on low flame

Stir continuously until it reduces to 1/4th

Mix lemon juice in water and add slowly to the thikecked milk

Let it curdle and stir continuously until the mixture thickens

Add sugar and let it dissolve completely

Add clarified butter,cardamom powder and mix well

Transfer the mixture into the greased plate and let it set

Cut into desired shape

Your milkcake is ready to serve.
