1 big bowl cream chilled

First collect cream from milk
2

Keep in driver for an hour when bowl filled with cream
3

Now blend all cream,add 1 or 2 pieces of ice cubes in it, and start to blend,in few mi s butter will separate from it,collect butter and keep in pan...Heat it,,fresh ghee will come on top in sometime,cool and strain it and use.
