Ingredients

4 serving
  • 1 cupChicken boneless cut in cubes
  • 2large potatoes
  • 1tspn vinegar
  • 2tblspn tandoori masala
  • 1tblspn lemon juice
  • 1tspn ginger garlic paste
  • 1tblspn butter
  • 1/4 cupcorn flour
  • 1/4 cupplain flour (maida)
  • 1 1/2 cupoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices length wise.

  2. 2

    Marinate chicken with vinegar, Tandori masala, lemon juice, butter and ginger garlic paste.Leave it for 1 hour.

  3. 3

    Before frying sprinkle corn flour and flour on chicken pieces.  Toss them.

  4. 4

    Place chicken in center of the slice and insert toothpick, secure it and fry in oil.

  5. 5

    Take butterflies out when chicken and potatoes tender. Place on paper towel.

  6. 6

    Serve hot immediately otherwise it will become soft.
