How to boil rice
Wash and Soak the rice in water for nearly an hour,latter being double the quantity of rice.Keep it on gas stove.Add some salt.Stir it once.Cover the pot and simmer.Fluff the rice with fork.Strain them from water. - 2
Soak 2 cups of soya granules in 3 cups of water. After 2 mins, drain the excess water and wash them.

In a pressure cooker, add oil.When the oil starts heating,add cumin seeds. When the seeds begin to pop,add onions and green chillies.

When the onions turn to light brown colour,add tomatoes.Now add salt,turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Cook the masala till it starts leaving oil.

Switch off the flame and cool it little. Now beat it in grinder till it turns into smooth gravy.Put the gravy on flame and add soya granules.

Give them 2 whistles.
When you open the pressure cooker,add garam masala,kitchen king, cream/malai and tomato ketchup.Mix them gently and switch off the flame. - 7
How to prepare garnishing?
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl together. - 8
How to serve
In a large thick bottom pot, put few drops of water. Add a layer of rice.Another layer of soya keema.
Repeat it once again.
Now add a third layer rice. Now garnish.
