Ingredients

15 mins
  • mild spicy sausage (I use Tennessee Pride)
  • 1 jarsalsa
  • Velveeta cheese
  • milk
  • tortilla chips, any kind you like

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Cook sausage until no longer pink, drain fat

  2. 2

    Melt Velveeta and milk in a microwave safe dish

  3. 3

    Add sausage, cheese mixture and salsa to casserole dish, mix well (They call it ugly for a reason)

  4. 4

    Serve with tortilla chips
