First lets take apricots (deeseeded & soacked) in the bowl, then roast the almonds for 2 min. Add in ghee into the pan and let the almonds roast in the ghee for a min.

No take almonds out and add apricoat with the water into the same pan. Let it boil for 7-8 min. Then add sugar mix it properly and let it boil another 6-7 min. After 7 min add in cardmom powder roasted almonds mix to together now remove it into the bowl and let it cool down

In the sarving glas add creamy vanila custerd, khubani ka itha as required, garnish with fresh cream and saliced apricot kernels, if u don't have custerd, injoy with plan fresh cream...
