Ingredients

20mintes
  • Murgh Chanay (cholay)
  • 2 cupsBolid White Chanay
  • 1/2Chicken
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • 1,1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • Onions 2 chopped
  • Tomatoes 2 chopped
  • 4-5Green Chillies chopped
  • Ginger strips as you like
  • 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tbspSalt
  • 1/2 tspTumeric powder
  • Coriander powder 1/ 2 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp roasted
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • 2 tbspCorn flour
  • 1 tbspCoriander seeds crushed
  • 1/2 tspBlack papper
  • 1 cupFresh yogurt
  • 1/2 tspChilli flacks
  • 1Lemon

  1. 1

    Add onions in deep pan fry them in 2 cups of oil. When they will get Golden brown, add chicken and add salt, fry it until it will get brown. Now add all spices and fry them for ten minutes. Now add fresh yogurt and lemon juice. Cook it more for 20 minutes on the low flame. After that add water as you want. Cook it and let it bit thinker. Now add water in corn flour and make fine paste, now add in Curry and add Ginger strips fresh coriander leaves Black papper. Make thick sauce.#cookpadramadan.
