Ingredients

  • 1 cupcooker Rice
  • 1 cupTura dal
  • 1 cupTurmeric powder
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tspSugar
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 1 tspGaram Masala
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 2 tspGreen chilli paste
  • 1 tspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    First step cook both Rice & tura dal. Next take a pan add oil heat it add mustard seed,cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste fry nicely. Next add turmeric powder, salt,sugar, garam Masala mix well.

    Next add cooked Rice & tura dal mix well & cook well for 5min.
