Cut your potatoes in diced and fried it, then blend the onion and Scotch bonnet, then take your pan add a little oil inside then add your blended onion stir it, add your minced meat and spices stir it until it fried then add your fried potatoes stir it again leave it for 3 minutes. Done and serve.
