Take mutton and wash it nicely

Take a cooker and add the mutton to it

To the mutton add red chilli powder(add more if want spicy),black pepper,garlic ginger paste,salt,vinegar,chicken masala

Now add 1 cup water and bring 5 vessels to cook

And then check whether it's cooked 90% if not bring 2 more vessels and add water if required

And then switch off the flame and check if there is any water left in the mutton dry it up till it's dry

Now take the mutton and add cornflour to it

In a pan add some oil once it's hot put the curry leaves and then fry the mutton for some time till it's crispy and brown

Remove it and add few drops of lemon and garnish with some onion coriander and lemon and serve

U can have it as snacks and also as a side dish and specially with daal and white rice it's very yummy
